I have a 1999 ML320 and it just hit 359,000 miles and it looks the same as I picked it up from the dealer in 1999...... I do all my work and maintain her with Mobil 1 and Amsoil products.......I have zero check lights and everything works as it should......The vehicle has never left Arizona and is always garage kept......They are a dream vehicle if you take care of them ! I have completed one repair that cost me $311.00 and that was replacing the Cam Position Sensor other than that, zero breakdowns.
I have fixed mine today. Mine was missing the green piece don't know where it went to. Bought that green piece from a website. If you didn't break that piece I would have never figured out how to fix it. Sorry to say but because you broke that green piece I was able to fix it perfectly. Thank you so much for Video. Thumbs up and subscribed.
Any idea what the part number is for that green slider clip that slides in the up/down rail? We were doing the window regulator R&R on an ML320 and noticed that the green slider clip is missing. The glass comes off of the guide rubber about 1/2 way up since that clip is not in place. I can’t find a diagram that shows that clip! Thanks!
I recently got myself the Autel ML629 scanner and I really like it. it clears codes. I fixed three check engine light problems on three different cars so far.

I love reading this, it's so comforting to see so many still on the road ❤

Great Video 👍👍👍Thank You.
Great video thank you!!
question ... my window does not go up or down but I can see the mechanism move the motor runs and travels but does not go up or down
You need a new regulator. It’s probably broken. You wouldn’t need motor.
Good job
Have you anything on door lock actuators? My drivers' side lock isn't functioning properly.

Did you ever get the part? i cant get the part number or find any listings for that sliding jaw.
What scanner do you use & does it cancel code to reset check engine light? Have you a video on a W163 rear brake job?
