    Cooking time: 30 minutes
    Here are the ingredients and the preparation steps:
    Ingredients for 2 portions:
    -200 g potatoes
    -1 carrot
    -1 onion
    -1 clove of garlic
    -200 g white cabbage
    -500 ml vegetable stock
    -1 tbsp olive oil
    -salt and pepper
    -1 bay leaf
    Preparation:
    -Peel the potatoes, carrot and onion and cut into small cubes.
    -Finely chop the garlic.
    -Cut the white cabbage into thin strips.
    -Heat the olive oil in a large pan and fry the onion and garlic until soft.
    -Add the potatoes and carrot and fry briefly.
    -Add the white cabbage, vegetable stock and bay leaf.
    -Bring everything to the boil, season with salt and pepper, then reduce the heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
    -Remove the bay leaf and serve.
