    My grandma used to say "nature in the raw is seldom mild" you really captured that Gerry, Wonderfully originally raw :) Tim

      Cheers Tim, raw is a good word to describe that day. It sounds like your grandma knew a thing or two :-)

    Gerry, another beautiful video, the buffeting wind adds to the footage, especially without any music. Looked pretty cold I bet you didn't meet anyone?

      Cheers Aidan, met one person but thought there would have been more about as it was a superb day for walking and the roads were pretty good for getting there. I find adding music to be one of the biggest hassles when doing a film and love just having the recorded sound unless it is awfully poor.

    Brilliant Gerry - really feels like being up there watching it. Some great days for the mountains this winter - hopefully more snowy days to come.

      Cheers Adrian, that was a fantastic day with the snow only really on the summits, though everywhere was frozen solid after a hard overnight freeze - great for icicles. Hopefully a few more to come :-)

    Beautiful video as always. What app do you use to record your walk?

    • @gerrymcveigh
      @gerrymcveigh  6 років тому +2

      Cheers Victoria, I use View Ranger where can purchase Ireland Ordance Survey map tiles for specific areas - mountain and coast usually for me - and can use as a navigational tool on your phone and also to record tracks.

      Your video's are very good, you clearly have an artist's eye when composing your shots. Thanks for the info, I've downloaded the app and look forward to using it.
