Few things I would like to add if you can help me out here:-
1. Since food technology is dynamic field, facts and figures Don't usually but sometimes change so how can we add these points into our already written notes?
2. For those who does not understand english lecture of teacher as many of my colleagues were from other good cities , how could they help themselves while studying for their semester. How could such candidate make better use of available book material?

1. Some figures might change, but some numbers like pasteurization time and temperature will remain the same.
2. If a student has difficulty with understanding English language, then obviously they will need to put extra efforts to understand and learn English. Refer to english newspapers, watch english movies with subtitles, or download some english learning apps. There are so many resources available nowadays, it is just a matter of taking action.

Preparing notes own will also help to develop one's writing skills which is needed for technical writers. If possible make a video on technical writing. For example writing a research paper.

It's not necessary. Organic chemistry and physical chemistry should be strong though.

@@mariumbatool8434 for example fssai regulates orders or standards for industries, then industries have to follow that command. Or we can also call that 'compliance' meaning to act according to the command or laws.
