Please read the sale contract again. I backed out from final negotiation from one of similar project because sales person was not clarifying ambigously written contractual terms in sale deed
Problem is not reading the agreement completely,each clause...start doing this and ask them to explain each clause in simple words...booom...see the face of sales team ... They will be sweating in tension
Many projects norms now to be changed by Govt like SEBI. Many advertise Life time free maintenance. And slowly maintenance starts. My project Regency estate took 1 L from each against such promise in past. Later he handed over only partial sum deducting post hand over expenses from this amount. Which was kind of fraud! But people hardly could do anything about it. And soon we started paying @ 4000 pm maintenance.. Those who are commenting read the contract, we must say, why to make contract such a ways that it has hidden costs involved? Only rule of law can stop this. Today Builder name is like a slang or sort of bad profession. very few are those like Pune guy, who is also in Jail now. He was so honest that, these builder lobby gamed him as all know him well- DSK.
Will Lodha never handover the common areas to the society or RWA? I'm a little confused on how these huge areas will be maintained in the future, say after 5 years when all units are sold? By RWA or Lodha forever?
Lodha aise hi bewakoof bana raha hai. Mai ne flat lodha crown me liya hai jis me all maintenance 98000 thasand se badakar 153000 se bhi zada kar diya . Properly konse material ka rate badha hai batate hi nahi. Kuch bhi gol gol bat karte hai lodha sales wale Sare jhute hai
As u rightly said ur not too involved hence residents like u should face such consequences from builder. Untill all residents won't take stand together this builder will play with each and every residents by keeping there association in front
