They are really pathetic, faced same issue, i was not satisfied with product quality and their size 7 was even bigger than size 8. I placed a request for refund with in 7 days but they did not respond. i was in no mood to back off. and after fighting for more than 3 months i got my money back. they took more than 15 days to schedule my return. After that for more than 30 days no one came to pick up the shoes. then they had the audacity to say that pick up guy came but i was not available so now i have to send it to them on to which i fought with them and ask them to share the details of pick up agent and the time he called me to pick up. Post that they again scheduled the pick up and after 2 month, my shoes were picked up for return but its still not the end of the story i didnt get the refund for 15 days even after my shoes were picked up. i called them like 100 times and when i was lucky enough to connect they said in our system it shows that your shoes are not yet picked up. i lost my mind this time and i told them i have proof of everything over mail and i am filing a complaint on consumer portal. i even reached out to a portal online where they takes consumer cases. but fortunately before initiating the process through a lawyer i got my refund. they are PURE SCAM and I am never going to order anything from any new start up till they have a customer friendly return policy

Uppar Thane main ghar lene k baad life mai personal problems doesn't exist anymore as you are always busy travelling to office and back home. Its better to buy in Virar than Lodha Uppar Thane

Many projects norms now to be changed by Govt like SEBI. Many advertise Life time free maintenance. And slowly maintenance starts. My project Regency estate took 1 L from each against such promise in past. Later he handed over only partial sum deducting post hand over expenses from this amount. Which was kind of fraud! But people hardly could do anything about it. And soon we started paying @ 4000 pm maintenance.. Those who are commenting read the contract, we must say, why to make contract such a ways that it has hidden costs involved? Only rule of law can stop this. Today Builder name is like a slang or sort of bad profession. very few are those like Pune guy, who is also in Jail now. He was so honest that, these builder lobby gamed him as all know him well- DSK.
