Sonic 2 - Metropolis Zone

This level kicked me and my sister's ass. Kids nowadays don't know what it feels like to play this far into a game just to have your ass handed to you like that and sent "ALL THE WAY" back to the beginning.

Good level but damn the enemies in this are really fkn annoying. Even worse than the seahorses in Oil Ocean.

Metropolis zone has 3 acts because of a cut level called genocide city zone which was planned to be a mechanical themed zone that came after metropolis zone then leads to sky chase zone. When the level was cut, metropolis zone act 3 took it's place and was the only level with 3 acts and came before sky chase and after oil ocean.

I always thought it had 3 acts because they were trying to make the game a little longer.
