How much are they selling it for
I live in a so called luxurious apartment here in the US and what I’m seeing on this video is lovely; better and far more spacious than my house. All my American colleagues must see this video; they still believe that Africans live in the forest.
I know the developer, the owner. He has other townhouses that are high class end in syokimau that I bought for him in syokimau. All I like about this developer is that,his houses are elegant, classy, luxurious, beautiful, high end and cheaper/affordable that most houses around in nairobi are not.
So these are genuine people, I have bought from them their syokimau houses. They are always giving u the best 👌💓

I really really like the kitchen, I am a sucker for large kitchens with an island! The light fixtures in the entire duplex are just amazing and the mster bedroom is awesome with that jaccuzi bath!!

Really beautiful. The only downside for such a wonderful apartment is that the master bathroom should have been larger. It needs to have 2 basins and a bidet to complete the look. Otherwise it is a stunning apartment that we can only dream of.
Agreed! And a balcony off the master would have been nice where you could enjoy a sunset with a glass of wine or a cup of coffee in the morning...

Nice. However, the windows in the smaller bedrooms should be wall to wall. They are rather small as they are.
Simon, this is a very lovely house; the best I've seen so far for layout, design and workmanship, especially in the kitchen and the staircase. Thanks for sharing and giving us other options outside of Rwanda. Someone has done a great job in decorating this house, just the way I like to see a model home. I don't see a price and there is no link to take me to a price. How much is this house as seen, with all the amenities, of course without the furniture? Thanks!

Regarding the price, the remaining units start at KSH 34 million with prices increasing for the upper floors. If you'd like more information, we are very happy to share all the details on email. That includes the kitchen and the other fixtures.
@@VibeRealEstate Thanks for the reply. I did go to their website to see the price, it stated 33,000,000 KES for the model shown, but I didn't take into consideration the price change for the upper floors, which makes sense. Thanks for that information, it gives a starting point for the price range.

very elegant indeed...i noticed there was a door at 8:05...i wonder where that door leads to!!..is it the laundry room?
The door is a separate entrance for staff, and there are also the staff quarters out there.
Nice but no window in one of the bathrooms, No access to the kitchen from the dining and I also noticed the little space to the living area as you get from the hallway, the stairs is blocking it.
