I've raised a point twice. The second time was more 'internal shouting' but you're 'listening.' I wasn't the only one who saw the problem. In just this one video, the cameraman is doing better. If the editing is done by the same person that's even better for improvement. He's still showing too much of you but I'm already seeing such a big difference. Now, he needs to really pay more attention to lighting. Yes, you went into the apartment at a certain time, which is good for him to experiment with lighting, angles and time of day. I really appreciate the change and the extra footage that shows the place by itself. There now needs to be more direct panning to details as you give them. It seems a little delayed. He could only go upward from here though. Good job cameraman. We got to see the house... more. I think it's probably safe to say I'm witnessing the beginning of a great career in videography.

Kenya has a wide range when it comes to prices. Because it’s the market segment that we are operating in, we mostly show the high priced homes. But there are also more affordable options, that are still very nice.

Our real estate market is skewed and overvalued because a lot of it is being funded by illicit money, meaning that property prices are not comensurate with the real economy on the ground.
If you ever encroach Karura forest you've never seen revolution second Mau Mau on our own greedy cronies.
