- In this video, I have shared the reality of the 32 lakh package at top colleges of India like IITs, NITs, IIITs and IIM. The Inhand salary which we get when compared to CTC is quite low because of the various components in the package which I have discussed in this short. I hope this shorts will be helpful for the student to know the exact reality behind these fancy Packages.

mera papa ka work experience over 25 saal hai. his salary is 70,000 and he receives 40k net. if my starting salary is 1 lakh per month i would be over the moon.

Higher salary placements tend to have a major % in additional payment.
Told Your Brother to Don't follow this coding path Instead start preparing for govt Jobs It gives you inner pleasure and then after getting a job you will be at the top of the world. Because In Government survive after 45 is Smooth where as in this industry you will suffer because your ability to code will be lesser than new comings and you have other commitments family and others and if you go into management you will surely suffer like hell so no need to hii to coding!! How many hours you will put into coding that doesn't matter you will still lay off!!
my pkg is 32 lpa and 28 is fixed part.. after deduction i got 2.3 lack/m.

My brother is having package of 17.5 lac net pay per month is 99000 but if we calculate bonuses and incentives at year end net pay reached at 1.2 to 1.3 lac
Bonuses I think initial year mei fixed hota hai and baad mei performance based ho jata hai. Means it's not fixed.

Okay, so variable pay hai 14 Lakhs ka, jo ki 32 LPA ka ek component hai. Ab yeh 14 lakh apko performance ke basis pe wapas denge, 2-3 saal pure karne pe thoda thoda karke wapas denge. Toh phir agar 1st of joining mein yeh variable pay agar total LPA se minus ho gaya hai, toh har saal thodi hi na minus karenge!! Kyuki, 1st year mein minus karke apko total amount (i.e. 14 Lakhs) 3-4 saalo mein wapas lota rahe hai, toh har saal minus karke 3-4 saal mein kaise lotaenge??
