- Parkinson's Disease is a disorder of the central nervous system that affects movement. It damages the nerve cell in the brain which causes dopamine levels to drop. The symptoms of Parkinson's Disease are Shaking, Stiffness due to muscles being constantly tense, Slowing down of all movements, Imbalance while walking.
