So, in the beginning of the cutscene, we were like, "If Robin is 'Dead', who the hell is this?"

Pretty sure this is all their animations combined, the result of all of them being "3 years", since most is genshin, so yeah.. not neccesarily taking 3 years to make but just a showcase throughout the years

This animation makes me view Genshin in a different light. It's so bizarre that we barely seen characters in their daily life or how they were in the past and this video reminds me how cool Genshin world really is. The shot of Fontaine city, characters wearing different clothes, their frikin home, make Genshin way bigger than how the game show it. It's hard to view Genshin differently when everything is shown to us (If this game was a novel, your video is how I would imagine it)
