What a great explanation Sir, I am mild Ankylosing spondilitis patient and my rheumatologist has suggested me take pregabaline 75 for long time and no doubt I am improving from my condition
But as a general person I have doubt that pregagaba is generally for neuro problem but how it works for joint problem like AS?.
Sometimes persisting pain can use hypersensitivity of nerves and pregabalin can help in that case

Sir since from 2021 i am taking medicine pregabid 75 mg . It was given by rumetologist to treat fibromyalgia. In starting I was given 150mg but since from 1 year I am taking 75mg. But from past 9 months I have serious side effects like sudden dizziness and abnormal activities in the brain, loosing balance and vomitting. My brain MRI and EEG reports are absolutely normal. So sir it can be due to side effects or over use of pregabid? Kindly guide me.
Pregabalin can cause side-effects like this,, but it’s not very common after its been used for long and the dose has been reduced. So other causes will also need to be ruled out.

Sir i have feel always pain in my neck . So one docter gives me pregabalin 300 mg for cervical. And after he increase my dose to 600 mg per day . After that i feel good my pain is reduce but now i have some serious issue . I think i am addicted because is try to stop and reduce it but i cant because problm in my sleep i cant sleep without ith and also mood swing is a big problme . I dont lnow how to get rid of this addiction. I consult some doctrs but nobody satisfy me for get me out. So please help .
