- The Australian Dental Council (ADC) written examination for dentists is a computer-delivered examination designed to test the international Dentist candidate’s knowledge of the science and practice of dentistry. The examination also assesses the application of clinical judgment and reasoning skills relevant to dental practice in Australia. In this Podcast on Aspire32, Dr. Suresh Shenvi is discussing the same with Dr. Raghavendra Shenoy which did his BDS in India and then after 10 years of practice as a General Dentist, he cleared the ADC exam and now currently practicing in Australia. In this podcast, Dr. Dr. Raghavendra Shenoy is explaining the initial process, the exams, the expenses, the ways one can prepare for the exam, visa, and job opportunities for an international dentist after getting the license to practice dentistry in Australia.
This video of Aspire 32 is made by Dr. Suresh Shenvi who has cleared various exams like ADAT, NBDE from the USA, DHA from Dubai, and various Indian Entrance exams like PGI, KCET, NEET. I am MDS in Conservative Dentistry and Endodontics by profession. I am also an author of dental books on the entrance exam and I am also currently a faculty at KLE University and a receiver of best teacher award.

He explained every step v.breifly....i just want to ask now all initial assessment procedure is online and I have a confusion about what to fill in subapplication as overseas dentist...what we have to fill. registration or registration and skill assessment.....it will be more helpful if you make vido on online initial assessment

Hello here... I am from Nepal undergraduate student .I recently passed my +12 in science .and I want to study BDS in Australia .. anybody can tell me is there any entrance exam system for international students to enter in medical college???
Hello Sir I have a doubt, if a candidate is successful in initial assessment, can he/ she give the written examination one year after that (since it is valid for 7 years).. Another doubt is about good standing certificate, it's validity is for 3 months so that validity is applicable during the upload of certificates or is it related to written exam date?

My daughter is Australian citizen she wants to become a dentist unfortunately she got of ATAR 93% she couldn’t get in dental.
I was thinking to send her to india to study dentist I came to know she had to write ADC exam to be dentist in Australia is it possible.
dose she need any Indian local clinical experience or can she appear after completing BDS straight away for ADC if you can guide me it will highly appreciated.
