Enjoyed watching your video. BUT a tomato is NOT a veggie but it is a FRUIT. Some people may argue this fact.
EDIT: Also, veggies that grow UNDER the ground are put into cold water and brought to the boil. Veggies that grow OVER the ground go into boiling water. DO NOT USE SALT.

My pair of guppy are not it optimum fish food but i they love boiled spinach...can i feed daily spinach only ....
