- “Extra’s” Jenn Lahmers spoke with Ringo Starr, 79, as he promoted his new book “Another Day in the Life.”
Starr also reflected on his love story with his wife of 38 years, former actress Barbara Bach, 72. He said, “I went to LAX to check in on a plane to go to Mexico and Barbara was on the other side of the counter… and I fell in love with her.”

Ringo makes music for a living that makes the world happy and got rich doing it plus he's been married to the same woman for 38 years which proves you can "live happily ever after!" You can't get any more earthly blessed than this guy! Go Ringo!!
He has nothing but nice things to say about his wife, you got to love the man, his attitude is peace and love, soft spoken but wiser than his 79 years by far. Wonderful man with a beautiful wife.

Well he is 79, and this July 6th he 80! And he still looks and sounds like he’s in his 40’s to early 50’s
He basically looks after himself e.g working out, healthy food like broccoli, and likely dyes his hair

Just look at this gallery full of Beatles history, unbelievably amazing. Countless photos of the Beatles in probably 1964-65 a lot of stuff he remembers experiencing, Ringo was addicted to taking photos in those days, and now a few years ago he’s clearing out storage of so much Beatles stuff, ok that was normal, and after years he unexpectedly discovers all these photos in a box, his reaction was priceless, he knew he had to do something good with them, we got an old selfie of Ringo, a photo of Paul and Ringo, a photo of John and Ringo on vacation, and one of the Beatles being driven in a car, amazing!
Ringo tragically back in the day lost alot of beautiful Beatle photos do to a house fire he had, the house Lennon once owned!
Oh yeah I forgot that Ringo had a house fire, it was still good a few years ago he discovered this box that was loaded with a lot of Beatles photos, he just knew he had to do something good with them even though he is a busy man

And yes I agree it’s very wrong for George to do that, but after all, George and Ringo still remained good friends. George even went to Ringo’s wedding in 1981 to Barbara Bach. And Ringo even visited George in Switzerland when George was dying, and Ringo said he had to go to Boston to see his daughter in the hospital and George said “Do you want me to come with you?” That just shows, even after George’s brief affair with Maureen, Ringo and George were still good friends until George’s passing.

Isn't amazing how they focus on how much money Ringo has. It's not how much money he has...He will be remembered for being a beautiful man who's band he Drummed for had the biggest impact on changing human consciousness.
