    During the last 8 weeks I do one workout from lucy nearly every day. Till today I lost 8 pounds and 3 inches at the hips.
    I am 57 years and loosing fat and wight is possible for me now. I am so thankful.
    Today a 74 year old friend of our family is motivated, by seeing my results, to start sitting workouts to get fitter and trying to loose weight.

    Maybe you've been doing this for a while but I really like how you previewed the next move during the one we're currently doing, rather than taking 15 seconds in between each move to preview it. It keeps things moving and it saves time!

    wonderful- I am a trainer/instructor rehabbing a broken wrist & ankle/ I love your instruction- I teach 2 mornings a week at no cost- but good health & attitude to women over 50- We often do chair work - esp. since my injuries & chronic pain- Happy New Year 2024 & ty

    I use to teach water aerobics but had to quit once I started having severe neuropathy pain. Arm workouts were one of my favorites. Now that i'm on bed rest, I found this to be very helpful and uplifting. Man on man do my arms feel it! It's been a long time.

    Normally people speaking does bug me. I don't know why, but it does. You speaking doesn't bug me at all. I find your voice and help comforting. Once again, I don't know why, but, my theory is that you aren't patronizing and are calming and helpful. I must admit that I miss music. I think I need music to work out to. I need a beat. I need music to keep me engaged and happy that I'm working out. With that said, I really think I benefitted from this, so, thank you! Thank you so very much.

    Lucy, thank you so much. I fell and sprained my ankle yesterday afternoon and after doing the 7 Days Drop a Dress Size challenge (and losing 1.7 kilos, 2cm and 1cm), I went straight on the next day to do the 7 day belly fat challenge. I had completed two days of the belly fat challenge - and also on those two days added your 4 minute and 3 minute arm exercises. Thank you. Today would have been day three of the belly fat challenge, yet I couldn't do it because of my foot and I so didn't want to let myself down and stop. So I found this video last night so I'd be prepared this morning. Oh my. Had to shake my arms out midway and definitely don't need to do the other arm exercises.
    And looked at myself in the full length mirror this morning and was shocked at the change in my body. Woohoo. Thank you, Lucy. You are such a great personal trainer. And I love listening to you and not music as it helps me focus on being present with form and breath.

    I have been doing these 10 minute seated workouts since December- mostly on and (sometimes) off. Feel like something is wrong when i don't get to do them! Really enjoying. So much so that I am using weights for the first 5 minutes! Thank you, Lucy💪🏽

    am usually a very strong swimmer, I swim because I was born with a brittle bone condition, I use braces on my feet and legs, I have severe arthritis in my knee, and have had a hip replacement. Since the virus closed my gym I have not been able to swim for months. I realized the other day how weak all over I have become. This workout is perfect for me, as well as your seated card 10 minute workout. I do both, so I get a 20 minute workout. So great!!

    Thanks for this Lucy. I am a diabetic and have Multiple Sclerosis. I can no longer do traditional workouts but the chair workout has been a wonderful alternative. I don't feel helpless anymore and now feel like I can be in control of my health. Thanks for adding this to my journey. 💞

    This is perfect for somebody like me who has a leg disability and can only do low impact workouts. I tried doing a standing one but because of my leg it HURT SO BAD. Im hoping this will be what I need.

    This is great for me at the moment, as I'm struggling with plantar fasciitis and am trying to limit to walking 4 times a week instead of everyday. This is a wonderful way to get my heart rate up on a daily basis.

    I hated getting out of the workout habit during my period, looked up seated workouts so I'm not moving the problem area and found this video! Thank you for making this content 😊 ALSO I appreciate you talking with no music. I like to listen to my own music, but I like the coach talking bc it keeps me focused and holds me accountable. This is literally perfect.

    First time doing one of your videos! Love your personality! Have a knee injury so was looking for something to get my heart rate up while protecting the injury until I can get it treated (post virus time). This was perfect! I will be looking at more of your videos. I'm a 58 yr old teacher who is working from home now and sitting too much! I have just began a healthy eating plan this past weekend. Have weight to lose and a bad knee injury. Thank you for offering so many great videos.

    Sprained my ankle and can't work out but didn't want to lose my rhythm so found this and it's helped me keep that up. Even if I don't lose weight I feel it's been really beneficial to me. Thank you for this workout.

    I suffer from a herniated disc on my back , and because of that I can't do exercises with that much impact obviously, but then again I want to have that defined body
    Can you please prepare a video for people with the same problem as I in order to achieve that goal

      Thank you for mentioning this. I've got a bad disk between C4 and C5 and cannot do anything high-impact. I like HIIT training, but need low impact exercises. For the record, Lucy's talking keeps me focused when exercising and I really appreciate the videos that give an alternative to high-impact exercises. I want to be healthy, but can't get there quite the same way that some others can.

      For us probably will take more time to become fitness
      But Lucy will help us , I believe

      I have always been able to do Lucy's HIIT videos etc but recently developed hip problems so absolutely gutted that I'm struggling with them. I would love if she could put together more of it hear type of videos for people who have gip, shoulder or knee problems. I would love if they were done as a 30 day challenge for each problem area.     Hi Lucy, thank you for the excersise, really helped me, especially trying to get my cholesterol low. I cannot do the crunch as I cannot lift both legs up as I had poliomyelitis when I was 9 days old. I do eat healthy and I truly enjoyed the chair excersise . Thank you for your time teaching us the exercise

    This is perfect. I'm a big follower of your workouts and they've helped me shed 3 stone but I've recently moved into a flat and the floorboards creak and there's very little floor space so even the low intensity workouts are too much for my downstairs neighbours, so this is just what I needed.

    Dear Lucy ,
    Love this work out. I enjoy the way you inspire and keep us focused.
    I am a Rhemetoid patient and within a few months may have to go thru knee replacement as my knees have got degenerated. However my doctor has asked me to strengthen my knee muscles. I request you to help me strengthen my hamstring. I can lie down and do my exercises and also can sit on a chair and exercise. To stand on my feet without support of a cruch is difficult. Please make a video for my problem. Please. 🙏

    I actually prefer the talking through out the workout cause it feels like you are in my living room coaching me one on one and you give all these health tips that are educational to me. Thanks again. Also I choose to do this workout since I'm on my cycle. It was a good workout cause I was out of breath lol.

    I have arthritis in my feet sometimes I just can't work out standing up so the seated workouts help me really well. ❤I do prefer standing up I like the cardio and low impact too

    Done ✨👏 You are amazing Lucy! I have to admit that I previously thought to myself that 4, 7 or 10 minutes of these exercise would not be enough. I ended up going nothing for a year 🤣 But the truth is that it IS enough and the way you make the videos enable us to do then often. So I just want to thank you so much. I have changes to do with my diet, but there is no doubt that these exercises are made by a professional and that anyone will hsve results if they DO them 😅 My goal is to loose around 15kg and I will use your videos to do exactly that. Let's go!
