Most of the things mentioned are actually pretty logic and classified as disrespectful and straight up disobedient (not to mention defying) EVEN in a non Islamic environment. Just think about it objectively for a second. The scholar actually said ‘deliberately’, meaning one has the possibilityof doing it properly and chose for whatever reason NOT to do it that way… The reasons you are stating are obviously not such. And Allah SWT knows best! 🙏🏻
Brother all of these things mentioned are under normal circumstances, if you are sick you may pray while lying on your back, it's okay to not face qibla if you're incapable of doing so. This is actually backed up by a hadist if i'm not mistaken, basically saying that if you're unable to pray while standing, sit, if you can't sit, lie down, if you can't move or talk at all, blink. If you're unable to keep yourself concious, i suggest asking for an aid from someone when you're doing your salah so that you can be guided. My late grandfather was in a similar condition as you are, and he performed his prayer like that to keep him concious. Allah is the most knowing and understanding when it comes to his creation, and he understand your situation better than anyone. However, 5 times prayer is mandatory, so you can not leave it. But, you may do it in a certain way like i mentioned in order to do it. May Allah cure you from your deciese and give you easiness in your struggle.

Most of the things mentioned are actually pretty logic and classified as disrespectful and straight up disobedient (not to mention defying) EVEN in a non Islamic environment. Just think about it objectively for a second. You are called in by your boss to his office for a briefing, and in the middle of the conversation you do just half of the things mentioned here…I’m a very flexible and a humble boss in my business, but would give you an ear slap if you did any of these things mentioned…Now translate this to standing before The All Mighty! I think you get my point.
Plus, the scholar keeps stating ‘deliberately’, meaning that you have the option of doing it right, but chose to NOT do it right! That, my friend, is actually called disobedience and even worse, in any part of society, not only in Islam.

Brother all of these things mentioned are under normal circumstances, if you are sick you may pray while lying on your back, it's okay to not face qibla if you're incapable of doing so.
This is actually backed up by a hadist if i'm not mistaken, basically saying that if you're unable to pray while standing, sit, if you can't sit, lie down, if you can't move or talk at all, blink.
If you're unable to keep yourself concious, i suggest asking for an aid from someone when you're doing your salah so that you can be guided. My late grandfather was in a similar condition as you are, and he performed his prayer like that to keep him concious.
Allah is the most knowing and understanding when it comes to his creation, and he understand your situation better than anyone. However, 5 times prayer is mandatory, so you can not leave it. But, you may do it in a certain way like i mentioned in order to do it.
May Allah cure you from your deciese and give you easiness in your struggle.
