However, one of these days with two giants on the same side, they are going to dive for the bottom, you aren’t going to get your weight shifted in time and they will make a swimmer out of you. Hope to get on the water this week sometime. Got to use my new fish finder it’s dang awesome very happy I got it.
I know a guy that has caught over 80 Flatheads in Michigan this year fishing off the bank. 💥. I got another one this weekend with tough conditions. Live bluegill after dark is the ticket here.
I appreciate your enduring the long waits between bites as wee as the long time in the hot sun. I'm happy to see that you know how to take care of yourself by taking it to the house. Thanks for once again allowing us to come along in comfort like privileged characters while you do all the work. If I could come through the screen to help when the fish are ganging up on you, I'd gladly do it.
Great video a very nice blue and and a flatty congrats. Thank you for another great adventure. We stayed out 13hrs sat caught 2 turtles and 1 carp and just a hand full of bluegill it was a very inactive day, but it was still better than a day at work or a rainy day.

I wish I could get out there, but the skipjack are plentiful right now (turned on early this year due to the good flow), and being a licensed bait dealer, I pretty much have to stick with them as they will shut off again soon. Old creek mouths are great in the spring and fall, but in the dogs days of post spawn, give me a channel bend with a hole and flow.
