Hello I’m commenting today cause I’m having this experience with the earbuds… after equalizing them… sound quality and bass are amazing… however the only thing I can’t understand why is happening is…
The buds connected to the ps5 (dongle set to ps5) doesn’t let me control volume from DualSense edge however connecting the dongle on pc more on my ps5 actually lets me control the audio… my question is… why is this happening, should i return them and get a new pair?, if i keep using them in pc mode connected to my ps5 will this mess up any other functions or audio quality? Too many questions so I hope to get an answer from manufacturer. Thank you
Hello, something odd that's been happening with the Inzone Buds on PS5 is that when characters are talking (also friends in voice chat) the earbuds seems to cut out or create audio spikes. This only happens when the characters/friends are talking. Not with general game audio & music. (Happens to any game i play)
Hello ive heard amazing things about sony inzone buds i really want to buy them for my pc, mobile and ps5. I have trouble figuring out if my phone supportd LE audio can anyone help me to know if poco x5 pro 5g supports LE audio so i dont have to use the dongle. Thank you

I don't know how much of battery % is left and I also can't change any settings...

@@SonySupportUSA Please make an app for android or integrate it with existing Sony app. It's wild that it doesnt have an app. Sony product strategy is tottally incoherent... How do you expect to compete with Apple and Google like this?....
My galaxy z flip 3 5g supports Bluetooth LE but for some reason once they "pair" they require an app. What app is needed!? Nothing in the instructions. Gonna have to ship these back if I can't figure out tonight

Is there anyway to connect these to my xbox???? I tried 2 different bluetooth transmitters and neither work

What if the usb transceiver light is not flashing at all when you plug it in? Thats what’s happening for me. No light. Please help me with this issue. Thanks
I have the sabe issue, my dongle is not flashing... it does not light at all.
Cant get them to connect to my s22 ultra . What phones do they work with ?

That's what Sony PlayStation advice on their page.
On-controller user interface
Quickly swap between your pre-set control profiles and adjust game volume* and chat balance* from the controller’s dedicated function button.
*Analogue audio connection to headset required for full compatibility. Audio balance adjustable when in party chat.
And i got a email from sony PlayStation saying
"I believe you are able to do it via the "Fn" button.
These useful extra buttons on the DualSense Edge wireless controller are your key to accessing, modifying and quick-swapping different controller profiles, as well as adjusting the game volume and chat balance in party chat for headsets connected to the controller's audio port."
So i just confused can i or not ??

Thanks for the reply. After i do more research my phone did support LE audio, but it dont have LC3 codec that is the reason why my xiaomi 12 cant connect after success pair
I’ve had mine for about a month and my left earbud won’t give me any sound, I’ve tried resetting them and all to no avail.

Left ear bud is TRASH. ALWAYS HAPPENS THIS
@@kotarevan3496 I think it’s a problem with the case charging the left bud… mine eventually started working again but just make sure that it’s actually charging when it’s in the case.
