great vid, im impressed by how fast you managed to learn the handstand. id be interested to see how well you’d be able to progress learning a movement like the backflip
I saw your Handstand video a couple days ago and decided to learn faster then you and I have been working my butt of to learn it now this tutorial has also helped me a lot learnt some new things so thanks man and hopefully I'll be doing handstand soon
Well with most of my shoulder mobility stuff I've stopped working on it because it's as good as I need it to be. If you want to seriously gain shoulder flexibility then you might want to watch another video, these exercises are mostly just for warming up and light mobility training
TWIGGY go in front of a wall and KICK AS HARD AS YOU CAN practice your arm and leg strength will also help, he starts with his hands already on the floor, go into a lunge with your hands up and put the weight on your good leg and lift the other up then your good leg this is to help momentum to push you up
Well, when you are 200 pounds and 6"2 it is no an easy skill at all. It took me a year to learn it. So don't devalue other people's efforts by saying it's so easy 1 motnh e.t.c.
my technique is usually to break every bone in my body but each to their own. Wonderful tutorial may I say!
That is the better method tbf, its just that some people aren't good enough for it

Thanks man. I could give that a go although it kinda scares me so we'll have to see. It's something I'd definitely like to do

How long are your practice session?!
Do pump exercises work?
Is this with the stretching?
Are you dependent on pump training only?

I mean no wall support handstand not the wall one
i was warming up with the wall and then i do free stands
Shoulder and wrist mobility takes months to achieve. Thats the actual reason why most people takes so long to learn the handstand
