  • After almost a year of planning and building, my (bedroom and) music studio is finished at last! In this video, I share details about all the individual features including how and for what reasons I made them. This is definitely the most sophisticated dorm room I've had the privilege to live in during my past years of studying :)
There's a lot of info packed in this video, don't worry if you have to watch it twice to catch everything - I definitely had to ;) I hope it can help you build your own low-budget acoustic absorbers, ergonomic standing desk and/or giant soft light ceiling LED matrix. If you would like to know more about the details of a specific part of my studio, feel free to ask in the comments.
THANK YOU to everyone who inspired me to create this project, helped build the acoustic panels or supported me with the logistics. I'm looking forward to throwing a party someday :)
I am joined (in this and future videos :) by the skilled Robin Schubert behind the camera and the editing desk. You can check out his musical and visual work below:

Spätestens damit hast du den Namen "Luftiprojekt" offiziell von allem negativen reingewaschen :D

Wow, you got such a big talent and imagination 🤩
Wish you all the best 🙌
Could you tell me, please, wich program I could use for planning my room space into it❔(like you did in the video)

      Thank you!
Sure, I used the CAD software CATIA. For room planning, that might be overkill, you could also take a look at SketchUp or FreeCAD. Have fun planning your room 😊

You showed nice parts of the room, but why no 360° roomtour?

If we wanted to show more of the room, we'd have to stand on the bed and that's inconvenient 😄 Jokes aside, you're right, we kind of forgot to shoot an overview perspective.
