George: "So Im not camp, I just sound like a cross between Kenneth Williams and Elton John?" Parky: "Thats not camp. No thats very butch. Very butch indeed..." LOL
I just love Jon Culshaw! He is brilliant! Used to love Dead Ringers :) Agree with MarkAndrewHogg with regard to his Billy Connolly impression! ha ha Too funny and yes indeed spot on! :)
I could watch Jon Culshaw all day. Does anyone know how to find his Brian Sewell impression on youtube. I used to love watching it and now I can't find it.
Yes, I've noticed that too - he gives Tony Blair and Simon Cowell a camp 's' and neither of them actually do that in reality, but he's very good otherwise.
The best Impersonator I've seen is Frank Caliendo. Culshaw is excellent though. It's a lot to do with the gags isn't it? Who writes for these guys? If they do it themselves then mucho respect!
i know i sound so big headed saying this but im quite good generally with impressions and people have told me this so i am not some idiot who thinks the world of himself based no nothing plus i have ears anyway Jon Culshaw is definitely better than Rory Bremner and should get more recognition than him - his Billy was uncanny as was his Ricky lol and to lyndale16 his Simon Cowell was bloody good too i haven't heard anybody do him or bill better than Jon Culshaw - legend
I'm guessing since it's UA-cam, which is owned by google and their american, so the licence fee applies to BBC services, youtube isnt one of them. at a guess XD
lol at coleman2k3... thats what time he's living in - 2003 - its 2009 now so get with it - he doesnt have a lisp in the billy connolly/ricky gervais impressions and wow you picked up on the accent concept of impressions!! Yeah because you obvious don't need those to sound like people when doing impressions! Its one of the most important aspects to it pillock..
nah he does the s's a bit too emphasised but he doesnt sound like dale winton... him and rory bremner were never able to get blair spot on though they always make his voice sound far... thicker is how i'd describe the sound and it annoys me
Sounded nothing like George Michael. Rather embarrassing to say the least. Most of Culshaw's impressions sound the same, with the exception of about three or four.
His Simon Cowell was awful, just sounded like Dale Winton =/ Gervais one was crap as well, I've listened to alot of Ricky's voice on the audiobooks and podcasts, and Culshaw's impression of him was pretty poor tbh.
i've no idea how this guy ever made it to tv, his impressions are shocking. every tv show he has starred on (i.e. his own shows like the impressionable jon culshaw) has been dreadful. i actually prefer chris moyles' half hearted impressions, they sound much better, plus that isn't the only part of his career.
He's amazing. Amazing talent
I love his George Michael impersonation and the others are brilliant especially Billy Connolly!
How we miss George.
didn't know he was dead!
His Billy Connolly was brilliant!
You think only John is alive now
He is only answering the questions hes given. He is an impressionist and amazing.
So wonderful to watch yet so sad now two of them are gone.
RIP George. Lovely bloke.
Oh my god he is truly awesome, especially his Ricky Gervais!

Jon you are brilliant !!!!!
George just Lööked so great here..so fit AND so well!!!
Wasn't ever gone on this fella i agree his voice is still there when he does impressions... till I heard 2:58 - 3:00 and PISSED MYSELF!!! Brilliant!!!
The Billy Connonley one is dead on!
lmao omg that billy connolly one was spot on, genius =)
'If I was to look up faeces in the dictionary there'd be a picture of you' so funny :P

And bless youtube. Its all here.
I just love Jon Culshaw! He is brilliant! Used to love Dead Ringers :) Agree with MarkAndrewHogg with regard to his Billy Connolly impression! ha ha Too funny and yes indeed spot on! :)

billy connolly was briliant!
George Michael, huge vocal talent, naturally beautiful human being.
I berate loads of videos if they are rubbish, but come on, Jon Culshaw is a bloody brilliant impressionist and a very funny man!
he does do a good one, on the graham norton show
Culshaw's Les Dawson is AS GOOD as the original. That's worth a lot.
I could watch Jon Culshaw all day. Does anyone know how to find his Brian Sewell impression on youtube. I used to love watching it and now I can't find it.
hes soooo funny
I reckon Jon could do a good Alan Sugar sketch. Look a bit like him too...
rip george michael
elton..not far from KENNETH WILLIAMS OOH!!! classic!
Dead Ringers is quality.
hahaha Gervais
it sounds more like his tony blair impression
His Tony Blair is great!!
that laugh at 0:41 lol
Billy connoly was briliant..
George Michael sadley missed
Why is there an advert on a BBC clip?!
Yes, I've noticed that too - he gives Tony Blair and Simon Cowell a camp 's' and neither of them actually do that in reality, but he's very good otherwise.
His Tony Blair sounds like Rishi Sunak.
He made the point on GMB that Rishi Sunak sounds like Tony Blair with the emphatics slightly reduced.
poor man's rory
You could tell George wasn't enjoying his impression at all so he exaggerated his amusement with an incredible awkwardness.
I like Jon Culshaw but every impression sounds like Jon Culshaw
Except it so doesn’t.
"PEEpulllllle" o_o
Lmfao
Thats not Parkinson its Alistair Mcgowan.
his best is Tom Baker.
John sounds like himself all the time just different accents.
I miss George Micheal
The best Impersonator I've seen is Frank Caliendo. Culshaw is excellent though. It's a lot to do with the gags isn't it? Who writes for these guys? If they do it themselves then mucho respect!
Oow bitter and jealous are we?
Who does the gags, dear oh dear, he does impressions
i know i sound so big headed saying this but im quite good generally with impressions and people have told me this so i am not some idiot who thinks the world of himself based no nothing plus i have ears anyway Jon Culshaw is definitely better than Rory Bremner and should get more recognition than him - his Billy was uncanny as was his Ricky lol and to lyndale16 his Simon Cowell was bloody good too i haven't heard anybody do him or bill better than Jon Culshaw - legend

He should do a side job of stand up comedy
@marie66ism can you do that in english please?
Yeah, who's played by RICKY GERVAIS.
I didn't write that comment - someone hacked into my account!
Mai Lai is on the record too, and the Devil only knows what America's finest are up to in Iraq.
I still think Rory Bremner is better.
hahaha peopulllllll michullll GEORGE Michulllll and later bi-ullllll lol
Very talented guy but I'd love to see him have a whole conversation without doing an impression!
That's his job Richard head
i CANT STAND that chris moyles
peopullll!
Couldnt agree with you more, when he is on panel shows he isnt funny because he is not a naturally funny guy!
Chrome AdBlock... don't know what you're on about mate
lol at coleman2k3... thats what time he's living in - 2003 - its 2009 now so get with it - he doesnt have a lisp in the billy connolly/ricky gervais impressions and wow you picked up on the accent concept of impressions!! Lmao thinking you sound so modern. How about get with the 2021 times eh?
@@jamesdettmann94 Irrelevant reply. The comment wasn’t written this year.
i must agree, it did sound more like dale winton. he's too camp for cowell. over pronouncation on the s's. same with tony blair.
George was clearly very uncomfortable here
nah he does the s's a bit too emphasised but he doesnt sound like dale winton... him and rory bremner were never able to get blair spot on though they always make his voice sound far... thicker is how i'd describe the sound and it annoys me
@sirtinycreep Agree totally, sirtiny'. Culshaw overrated in my view. I've not yet found anything he's done to be "laugh-out-loud" funny :(
Don't watch it then.
He sounded nothing like George, how embarrassing
Sounded nothing like George Michael. Rather embarrassing to say the least. Most of Culshaw's impressions sound the same, with the exception of about three or four.
Not so good impersonating Simon Cowell
His Simon Cowell was awful, just sounded like Dale Winton =/ Gervais one was crap as well, I've listened to alot of Ricky's voice on the audiobooks and podcasts, and Culshaw's impression of him was pretty poor tbh.
Not great really .
His George was terrible.
It’s cringey how bad he is.
Billy Connolly-excellent. Simon Cowell- awful.
everyones tony blair impression always sounded really camp and over pronouced S's.
His voice is the same for most. Not great
John Culshaw is a good impersonator , but his George Michael sucks.
over rated
RUBBISH
