I've been getting requsts for Guilty Gear since just about a decade ago. It wasn't a game series I was all too familiar with since I'm not much of a fighting game fan (mostly because I'm terrible at them). However after I heard some of the music in passing, I chose to pick up Strive.
I got to play a bit with The8BitDrummer and Delcake a while ago and I really enjoyed the aesthetic quite a lot. Much to my surprise, Adriana knew a good deal about the characters and let me use her fight stick to play that I honestly forgot she had. Zorsy, actually hit up Adriana a while ago about wanting to the do this track so to have the both on this was a real treat!
This cover was really difficult to pull off, it actually took two weeks to finish but I'm happy with the result and hope you guys enjoy! Thanks for watching!

I know Guilty Gear is already rock and metal, but I'd love to hear more covers of the vocal tracks from Strive. So much energy and personality in each character's song. Takes me back to all those Sonic themes.

Idk if you've ever given Tool a try, but I'd recommend it if you're at all interested in metal.

We've known for decades. Even the GG1 ost was fire. GG2, even though it wasn't a fighting game, had wild music. Each song even more masterful than the last.

It’s a common joke amongst the GG community that “Daisuke’s new album comes with a free game.” That can only mean good things about the OST.

@@liansmith4038 Bro the first game deadass was just a free game with the soundtrack. The original Guilty Gear has some of the best sounding music on the PS1 as it's one of the only games with full CD quality music. They made the actual game look way worse just to make the sound quality way better.
Adriana’s vocals and general bounciness completely match this song’s and by extension, May’s bubbly personality. Love it.
I'm about ready to cry right now. Not only was the music beautiful, but it's just so damn cool to see the love that Guilty Gear's been getting across the board since Strive came out. You did it again, Jules. Thank you.

Fun Fact: When i started a blog about video game music back in 2012, one of the first soundtracks that I raved about was Guilty Gear Isuka and I've been a fan of the music of the Guilty Gear series ever since. This was a great cover.
As much as May infuriates me, her theme is still one of the best in the game imo. Amazing cover! I'd love to see more Guilty Gear covers!

I am so happy. I've been hooked on Guilty Gear since the first Open Beta this year and every time I heard the soundtrack I thought "Damn a Jules cover would be sick". And now you cover my favourite track of the new game. What a blessing.

Was expecting to be blown away, I was kinda underwhelmed. AISHA had so much more energy, as if she was holding back laughing in joy and utter excitement she had.

While i haven't play STRIVE yet i did play the old games and still listen to the soundtracks now and then and this is one of my fav ones from it. And this cover just sounds wonderful
I am actually stoked as hell to see a cover of a Guilty Gear track from this channel. I got into the franchise recently and love the hell out of it even if I'm not that good at it. Glad to hear you played Strive with Jerod and Del, and that Adri is also familiar with GG. If you were to ever cover GG again, there are just TOO many songs to choose from. All the way back to the first game (seriously, even the pachinko spinoff with canon lore has a banger or two). I would love any GG cover you would feel like doing, but I would personally recommend looking into Xrd's OST.

20 years of awesome music, guilty gears have one of the best rock metal soundtracks, I really love holy orders and keep the flag flying, yet the new ost is something that you can heard without head banging
