Thanks for the video. Is this place more laborious uphill , I can't tell from your video because it seems that you are going pretty fast on the uphills in that case good on ya!!

Mostly flats with a couple good uphill and downhills, just tried to keep the pace on both, fun trail😁

Last time I was there was 2020 I remembered it was very uphill is it still like that? And what is the total mileage?

Still the same, approximately 5 miles, nice trail!

It's a nice flowy trail, good mix of uphill and downhill 🙂
