You are both wise beyond your decades…all couples need to have this much fun together, even when times are not the best. Maybe especially then. Thank you for reminding me to shake it up and get some laughter rolling!

19:18 in my relationship it's the same but the other way around. I am the constantly thinking person who spends time productively, cleans, organizes, at high speed, and my husband is the one who maybe later, maybe relax, maybe play, maybe have a hobby, is a man at low speed, lazier. I think it's good that such different people pair up, because I would be so busy doing and thinking about everything on my own, without breaks and rest, and he wouldn't be able to handle anything without my mobilization, productivity and organization. Such relationships have a positive impact on each other, provided that people understand each other's needs and limitations.

What a great episode!!! I laughed out loud so much at the games! Just so much fun and so so funny! I loved it. Where you live is so beautiful but the cold! So I think it's a great idea to travel through the winter months. All the very best to you.

As a bad sleeper, magnesium has helped. Also vitamin B12. Also regular bed time and no screen time after 10.

Hola chicos !!! Mucho animo!!

maybe you should learn to knit & crochet, or even sewing/needle works, it would be less painful LOL
good job on the garden games fun; what is that old fashion game with the hoops & you use a ?mallet to hit the balls through the hoops? or you could put an obstacle course around the garden
chronic fatigue is different for everyone, i feel mine coming back but doing things you love & learning new things does help with it (like depression) finding the right foods to eat, gut problems can be from grains? whole raw grains are not good for us, it's basically bird food, hard for us to digest
it's fine tuning your diet as well, good luck with it, hugs from me, Selina xxx
    all the best

16:18 maybe roof windows will help with lighting the cottage? several pieces in critical places. it is worth considering such options when renovating the roof, because natural light means health and lower electricity consumption 🔌💡

I ride a bike for fun and relaxation. I have an old one, probably about a hundred years old. I call my bike jelly because everything shakes like it's about to fall apart, which was nice living in a big city - everyone was moving to the sides when I was riding through the market square in the center of Krakow. Currently, temporarily living in a small Polish town, I ride through forests and meadows and tell my bike that it is a high-class mountain bike and that we can handle it in difficult conditions. 🚴 I have seen many channels on YT who receive electric bikes from sponsors and manufacturers. I think they would be great in your circumstances.

Have you tried taking vitamin D supplements? Living in a cold area where we're always covered up causes chronic vit. D deficiency. We should ideally get at least 20 minutes of sunshine on our skin every day, but in cold countries it's very difficult.

Vegetarianism might be the cause of health issues. Similarly to all the other "isms", it's not smth that is natural for humans. Consuming protein from meat and fish is connected with collagen production in the body, as well as with numerous other bodily functions. It might become crucial as the body matures.

I follow you and started with so much enthusiasm, but!! I have to report my true feelings, that your almost constant complaining and whining about the weather etc is becoming tiring. You chose to live at altitude, in the Mountains. Why Live in an environment that clearly does not (overall) suit you, I predict you will have a breakdown.. Sometimes we need to hear another opinion or observation, and incidentally, More than 33% of Spain is wild woodland, referring to another comment you made in an earlier video that you hated the Hunters and that we have no wilderness. Sorry to no doubt upset you. Good luck, and try to keep calm.
