HI...HOW DO I REMOVE THE PLASTIC DRAIN PAN LOCATED BELOW THE SUBZERO 501R FRIDGE IN ORDER TO CLEAN IT? THANKS
@@marcopolesel7206 very carefully it’s glued down.
Is there a water filter that needs to be replaced on the 550 model?
No
My wife bought a 550 at an estate sale. The fridge works fine, but the freezer doesn't. What should I expect to pay for a service call?
Where do you live?

Hey, so i have water forming in the bottom floor of my 550 fridge. I cleared out the drain with bleach and warm water. It's cleared out. I also replaced the freezer and fridge door gaskets.
Water still pools on the fridge floor, what could it be? The freezer is working great, no ice forming along the walls. Ice machine works great too... The water forming is very confusing, help please?
Is there water in the drain trough? If not you may be getting condensation forming due to the insulation between the freezer and fridge compartment, it looses efficiency over time. Sub-Zero has a fix for it, it’s called a floor heater.
@@SubZeroSpecialists thanks, when you say water in the drain, do you mean water backed up in the drain? It should be clear of any water and debris correct?
If I pour water down it, it should end up all in the plan under the fridge. To confirm, water on the floor could mean a backed up drain that's overflowing with water, which then ends up on the fridge floor, correct?
Yes. If you pour water into the drain hose and it reaches the pan your drain is not clogged.
@@SubZeroSpecialists Thanks again! So a floor heater should solve this issue, correct? What's the part number for the 550 model?
