I always feel like its such a shame when people disrespect and neglect instruments. It's great to see this brought back "to life" - the Drum Reanimator!
Yep, big respect. This kind of care and attention to repairing and re-using anything, and requisite financial reward and incentive for the skill and patience involved is what the world needs. Tight playing with your band too sir, very solid and the kit sounded great. I imagine it would be great for jazz too....Much appreciation from another drummer here in the UK....(I have an old friend from here who lives on a tiny Island somewhere in Maine, though i don't suppose you know each other 😆) Best Wishes.
Damned: Sounds better than any $4000 DW kit I have heard; which all sound the same; Antiseptic. Keep up this labor of love restoring much better sounding vintage kits.
It's great to see that kit brought back to life. Being a drummer myself, it's sad to see drums wasted like that. Especially when the education system has no respect for music curriculum. Only stupid tech garbage.

Good job! You brought the life back into this precious kit.
Labor of love by a skilled craftsman/artist there! God bless him!
Thanks for restoring this beauty. She deserved better and you gave it exactly that. Great job!
I love it when something cool gets rescued
well done sir..
Love this. Thanks for restoring a discarded classic drumset.
That was awesome! Glad you found them!
The drum set yes I'm back from the dead and ready to rock😊
Wow nice job and labor
Now THAT was a labor of love. Well done.
Really nice restore job! I love watching anything get restored. Nice drumming too!
THATS A REAL MASTERPIECE!! IM PROUD!
Thank you for bringing it back to life!!!
Great job saving these classic Ludwig drums. And you are a lucky man.
Amazing work! Those old ply shells were steam-bent into shape, not glued one ply at a time into molds.
Outstanding!!!!
Very good sir!
Well done! Beautiful kit!
Thank you!

Bro a 60s or 70s ludwig is one of the best jazz kits you can get, why would they throw this away?!
The original owner must have cried for days
Because they wanted to
