Noodles - 200 gms
Garlic cloves - 15
Green chillies - 2
Onion -1/4 cup
Capsicum -1/4 cup
Cabbage - 1/4 cup
Spring onion - 1/4 cup
white Vinegar -1 tsp
Soy sauce - 2 tsp
Tomato ketchup - 2 tsp
Black pepper powder -1/2 tsp
Salt to taste

Because if we add salt in the veggie mixture then the veggies will start releasing water and in order to evaporate that water we would have to cook them and that will result in overcooked vegetables. That’s why we add salt after adding noodles.
