    I like the clear structure, voice over and post-production of your breath work videos! While in others, music is either too confusing mixed with instructions or the guidance simply misses. However, you made me stick to this practice and bettered my life - much gratitude!

      Hi there, emotions are stored in our body through very deep tension that we aren't always aware of. As we release tension that has been stored up for a long time our body is finally able to get the stored emotion out as well. I hope you feel healed with the practice :)

    i wish i could speak better english to describe my experience yesterday
    i saw layers of my energy field with my closed eye and had bizzare hand sensations
    on the peak there was a noise like from a broken ventilator
    it can be compared to the noise you hear before you get in a breaktrough with psychedelics
    today i want to try this on thc and i will notice this on my bucket list for trying it with ketamine bcs i believe that you connect with your breath channel with that substance and you get with itself in deep states so im curious now

      Haha it can definitely can get intense! Of course you should never be verging on pain and know your limits, but discomfort, buzzing, ear ringing, hand curling are all common effects. Breath work like this can be incredibly powerful, so this can all be expected. I have a beginner level as well if this is too much for you at the moment.

      No - Wim Hof teaches breath holds on full lungs (when there's an inflammation in the body) and on empty lungs (when there are no issues). He teaches both.

    This is NOT Holotropic Breathwork, which is a copyrighted practice that includes more than just breathing (bodywork, group processing, artmaking, etc). It also requires years of study and certification. This woman doesn't know what she is talking about and is violating copyright laws.

    • @David-hs2jo
      @David-hs2jo 6 місяців тому +3

      The folks at Holotrophic breath work could sue her or consider it as advertising and drawing people to do workshops and train to be a practitioner. As you know, this kind of breathing technique has been around for thousands of years. Whether it’s Stan or Naik with Soma breath work, they are not reinventing the wheel. We’re unfortunately going to see so much more of these copyrighted infringements with AI. The next twenty years will be fascinating. Dozens of people on UA-cam use holotrophic in their descriptions.

    • @allenhowell5420
      @allenhowell5420 6 місяців тому

      @@David-hs2jo You could say the same thing of medicine... it's been around just as long so anyone can call themselves a doctor I suppose you are arguing. You're missing the point. Holotropic Breathwork isn't JUST breathing. It's a whole practice with artmaking, bodywork and other elements. If you are just doing breathwork, then just call it breathwork. TO call it Holotropic Breathwork you need to include all of the elements.

    • @David-hs2jo
      @David-hs2jo 6 місяців тому

      Allen, you are absolutely right! I’m not arguing about copyright law. We know anyone appropriating the name of some other entity for their work is in the wrong. Like I said, they can sue. I would suggest they are doing more good for Holotrophic breathwork than harm, but that’s not for me to decide, right? The doctor analogy doesn’t quite work here. People take their chances following any practices on UA-cam.

    • @David-hs2jo
      @David-hs2jo 6 місяців тому

      Also, how many people would follow a “How to do brain surgery here on UA-cam?
