This is what went over, basic functions and scenarios to be aware of on the jobsite.
Thoroughly detail for each step in becoming a grove operator.
These guidelines will help you excel into becoming a good grove operator.
Its nice of you to help other crane operators who haven't operated this particular crane model.
“Leave that alone “. That’s funny!! 😂 good video for people starting out
Only correction I would make for anyone watching...Drum #1 is your Main Block, Drum #2 is your Aux Line/Whip Line
Other than that, this was definitely a video Im very grateful to have learned from
True but when I first jumped in my Grove 765E-2 RT I found it odd that my whipline was on my rear drum and my main block was on my front dum, because I was previously used to running am Manitowoc EPIC 999 Crawler with😅😅, but got over it the next day
A crane operator told today your on the Bechtel job. I just started today.
Thank you starting a new job today only ran 50t boom trucks but they got a RT crane so this helped me get familiar
The videos are very helpful. Keep them coming
I just got in this type of crane the other day and get ready to boom dow to travel and it stops at 18.7 degrees guys don't forget to turn yur override key beside yur seat on the left side to get to a lower degree
If your traveling in the yard or site you shouldn’t have to boom down that low. I’ve always traveled with at least 20+ degrees unless your going under structure then you boom down to reasonable height to pass through. On the highway then yes you’ll need to boom down farther
Thanks alot, learn something here.
Thanks for the Video!
Great video. For the Grove grt 8100
Can you show how to use the boom up and down, like the zig zag you have to do on the nccco test? Great video!!!❤
I really appreciate this video DD. Any pointers on starting companies that will hire students that just acquired their NCCCO ? Take me for instance on fix and swing cab.
@@JoseCollado-t9o it’s all about trust my friend find a company that’s known for hiring new operators just to get seat time under your belt
@@badboycranes361 thank you bro !!!
That was impressive
Thanks for the video 🙏👍
Using different names than here in SA. We use boom sections. Push out or extend boom. Rope is on sheaves. Rope comes from winch drum. But good work. Same thing.
Thank you, sir
Very good
I just want 2 learn more you good bro south Africa 🌍
Where did you get that shackle bracelet?
I like this
Aww .... i need more knowledge and skills. i can see how you do the operation and controls and it seem so simple how you do it. but not me. i definitely, need more learning.
Sure thing brother hope everything goes easy for you just remember to catch the load all the time 🤙🏾
Forgot about the key below the lock. Is that the bypass. We call it override also. But thanks tutorial was great. I used 2 groves and it wasn't like that
Grove I've used is different also my guess is because larger crane.
Do the 2021 650 RT have the same computer setup?
Please is there any group here for more information
For me I need oparater certificate for criine
This is really helpful, but I will love to have a clearer and more enlightened operating diagram
Interested how much training?
Please I need the operator's manual, I can pay for it
Groves. Legendary for being unnecessarily complicated 😂
Fr
❤❤❤
Drum 2 is not main hoist,
Great tutorial though
Now do a crawler
Never go to Crane School in Mesquite Texas
Why not? It's that bad?
Now just about anyone will think they can watch this video and run this type of crane.. this is not a training video..operating cranes without proper training can cause serious injury and or death.. OPERATE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
Gotta have atleast half of a brain too which we know most don’t even have
Terrible
Why is it terrible? Its just basic information, read owners manual
Please I need the operator's manual, I can pay for it
You can get it online. Google it, then go from there.
