    Absolutely agree! 🙌 When work gets hectic, it's easy to get caught up in the day-to-day and forget about the big picture. Having an assistant can be a game-changer in boosting productivity and allowing you to focus on tasks that truly drive revenue. And if you already have one, it's a great reminder to reassess and see how you can further optimize your team for success. Here's to continued growth and success in your endeavors!

    Hi Tom! I cant thank you enough for your educational videos. I am interviewing today for an assistant and this video was incredibly helpful. I was a bit nervous on hiring as my business is low, at the moment. Hearing you say that business is low because we focus on the "not making " portion confirmed as to why i need an assistant so desperately. Thank you for giving me that confidence.

    I liked your tip about "being resourceful" I always blame myself for not being able to have my basic business setup because I dont have the right kind of money. But now I have changed my attitude towards dealing with this issue after I watched this video. Thanks TOM for guiding me through this video. This is Anthony from Mumbai, India, saying God Bless and continue to make more such videos.

    What % is reasonable for a part time assistant? Im curious to see how other people feel about that figure....

    • @TomFerry
      @TomFerry  7 років тому +4

      what percentage?? Are you referring to a % of each closing you have? Most dont do %, they do a $ amount as a flat fee (Like a transaction coordinator). Some do X$ below Y sales price and the higher X above higher Y sales price. Hope that answers the question.

    Good video but Its called INSIDE SALES AGENT not INSIDE PAPERWORK AGENT. IMO, if you are paying someone to order signs, print weekly/monthly reports, print open house flyers etc.. , which all can be automated in some way, you are wasting your $$. I'll get my FREE agents to do those things before I pay someone an hourly wage to do them. I blame Gary Keller for many many mistakes teams make when starting out.
