Travelled the Pune to Vasco route in this train in 1991. At that time we needed to switch to a meter gauge train at Miraj. Luckily for me, the train was late that day so I was able to see the Braganza ghat and Doodh Sagar Falls from the train. It was really spectacular. Normally when Goa express is on time, that section is in the dark. Thanks for sharing. Love your videos.

Skipping stations at MPS is an awesome sight. Journeys in ICF Coaches are more comfortable as the seating is far better than the more ubiquitous LHB Coaches, particularly in the AC classes. Nice coverage, hopefully will be able to make this trip someday.

Would like to know if you had one diesel for the last section from Londa Jn, and would you need two for the first stretch returning out of VdG? The segments after Belapur with long curves & your position at rear of train are especially spectacular! As I may say is the station working at Belapur which I am sure would cause an apoplectic fit to the health and safety managers back in Europe LOL. Everything about IR is so impressive!!

I think we got discounts from Navy but not free because we get transfer from one state to another and I was a child at that time.
