CHEESECAKE RECIPE
I am not a professional baker, but this is how I subside my cravings for newyork style cheesecake😍🤤 that's why I do not have perfect measurements of the ingredients but I am gonna try my best to explain here :
Using D'cleta cream cheese and Amul cream in 1:1 ratio. Add one egg white. 3-4 drops of vanilla essence. Powdered sugar acc to your taste, I have added 3 spoons. Whisk till your hand hurts n there are no lumps. Use any unflavored biscuits like parle G or Marie (Preferably marie, I didn't have on this particular day so I used Parle G). Crush them in the mixer, use butter to grease the mold. Add butter to the biscuits and flatten the base. Pour the cream filling. Keep it in microwave for 1.30 to 2 min but keep opening the door at every 30 sec interval. This is to keep our cheesecake from burning out. Keep in the fridge for setting and ENJOY🤤
