I'm now thinking about all the times in years gone by when I've felt unsure of what to say in a meeting. I'm talking 20 years ago here. Our radio station meetings were usually centered around the sales department. However, sometimes us folks in programming would be invited in and it's rather obvious that different departments in the same organization need to be able to have an ongoing dialog. In hindsight it's obvious that's why the sales manager would invite us in. It was to welcome us in and to encourage that dialog. But, the sales department attracted extraverted people and that quality was what brought in their business. Us folks on the programming side tended to be introverted. I for one always felt awkward in these meetings. Your videos have been helpful in how I go about my days.

It is difficult when there are extroverted people in meetings and you're introverted. I can imagine in meetings with salespeople, it would have been hard to find the space to talk. I'm glad to hear these videos are helping you Robert.

@@kararonin It is also two separate groups of people who have had two separate sets of skills taught to them. I had a colleague who ruled the roost in morning drive radio at the station I worked at. He had an insane 45-percent of the radio audience each morning listening to him. Ask him to do an on-site appearance with people walking about a convention floor. He wanted none of it.
