Hornady uses the interlock bullets in the American whitetail hunters I have a 25-06 Remington 117 gr does not group with those either that being said just have to test different ammo to see what it likes good video .
I also shoot 7-08 while my daughter dose but i find myself shooting it more. Hornaday american whitetail is made for shooting deer at 100 -200 yards so its not very accurate ive had good luck with Hornaday precision hunter 150 grain very good groups from my daughter's savage axis compact taking it for mule deer elk and moose this November
It's an amazingly effective caliber! Absolutely agree they shoot better out of my girlfriend's rifle shoots moa. I am very excited to try the Accubonds out this year
@@EatingWildI have not. I reload for that caliber now. Nosler 140s, Partitions or BT's are tack drivers with the load I use. What's wild is I used 760 powder. That's not a typical 7mm-08 powder. Haven't gotten 160s to group yet. Need to try other powders.
@@hoobeydoobey1267 I'm curious as to what powder Norma uses. I've shot their 160 grain tipstrikes. I get just under an inch with those 0.85. I honestly can't wait to get into loading and have been saving my brass for years now. Now that I'm moving into a new property I'll finally be able too.

My hunting partner is buying a reloading kit and all the extra good stuff so I'm excited to try 120 grain Barnes ttsx going 3000 maybe 3100
@@tylitke3691 heck yeah! Once I get a shop I will get into reloading definitely want for the 708
Have you compared the 139 grain Hornady Interlocks to the 150 Norma Whitetail in 7mm-08?
@@ultrahighgain412 the 139 do not group well in my gun. Norma tipstrikes get sub moa haven't yet tried the whitetail
I get good groups with 7mm08 WT at 100 yards with my TC venture. it's pretty hard to find ammo for the riffle here in Canada.
Are you able to order any in Canada?
I think I could go from the gun stores. I want to try some of the nosler but I can only find it for my 300 wm
Where did you find those prices?
Ammoseek.com
Yea that’s cheap I bought trophy grade partitions for 80
@@nathanr6162 for the same caliber?
@@EatingWild How much was shipping??
@@arthurparris6223 9.99 😁
Hornady WT 139 did not group well in my Ruger American 7mm-08 either. Think my group was larger than yours.
Have you tried the accubonds?
