It depends on how the video is being broadcast. You can upload finished videos to UA-cam or Vimeo. You can also use the robot to stream the video live using various tools (learning management systems like Blackboard or Canvas, etc., livestreaming services, and even videoconferencing like Zoom or Skype). The viewer then just needs the capacity to receive that service you're using.
Newer ipad has centered stage doing the same stuff as this robot.... not necessary.....
