isinwheel S9 Max Scooter minirobot app does not find scooter to connect with it via bluetooth

With a brand new isinwheel S9 Max Scooter minirobot app does not find the scooter to connect with it via bluetooth. Does anyone know how to solve this problem?
Would someone please provide problem solution suggestions in the comments below?

with scooter off press accelerator button and then (keeping the accelerator pressed) start the scooter and search the app again

The iPhone app in use in this video is called minirobot. When the minirobot app works (connects with the scooter), it's purpose is to provide access to a variety of e-scooter feature configuration settings.

After numerous emails to and from isinwheel about this problem, both myself and isinwheel, have reached the conclusion that the problem is a faulty control unit in the scooter, not an iPhone software problem. The support staff at isinwheel has promised to send me a new e-scooter control unit. We'll see how it all goes.

My intent is to eventually assemble a thorough video about solving this problem, as well as a thorough detail level review of this e-scooter.

For me it also doesn't show, but the main app get connected, the isinwheel app works.

@@syntist9139are you talking about the “isinwheel” app? I can’t connect to that one but I can connect on MiniRobot. My power button broke and I can currently only turn it on by plugging it in to the charger then unplugging. Looking for a way to digitally turn it on but the MiniRobot app has options for all controls except that

What I meant that maybe your phone is running an older version of Bluetooth than the scooter, causing connectivity issue.
I have 3 laptops, 2 of them connect to the BT speaker without problems, the 3rd laptop doesnt even see the speaker. The problem being the 3rd laptop using a legacy bluetooth version @@SymphonicComposer
