Just a suggestion. You could do two videos for the same thing. A short 1-2min version for anyone who just wants to follow the steps and a longer 10+min version explaining why we change the different values and what everything does.
You can just speed up the video playback on youtube.

Is there a way either shortcut or setting that will save this kind of effects, instead of going step by step every time you edit a video?
What I mean is that when you edit the video you have to follow this steps to get to what you need, if there is a feature that will save this step so I can use them again to edit another video.
hey random person, if you still use vsdc then i think you could just save those techniques in separate projects so you can get them whenever you want

I've followed the guide here through the 2nd elipse. I've got two questions.... 1. I can't seem to get the first elipse set to a final resize to fit right, and I end up with some green border around the elipse that I can't eliminate. The second issue is I am not sure if my source video is supposed to keep playing after it does the transition or not so I ultimately end up with a black screen.

Hello. After editing the video i am left with multiple blank spaces in between. Can one then select all the parts and its possible to left align all parts automatically with one single command. Currently I am moving individual parts manually or by changing the creation time of each part.
Yes, you can, select all the files you need on the timeline and just click «Move blocks to cursor position» in the «Block tools» menu at the top of the timeline.
