I really like this but I couldn't quite hear distinctly some of the words, when I turned the sound up it got distorted so I got a bit lost. Also, why did you convert it to a sprite, what is the benefit of it.

What does “convert to sprite” do? I have VSDC Pro and I’m noticing that convert to sprite is used more and more in the tutorial, but I don’t actually know what it does.

Go to audio effects and select amplitude

So basically VSDC does not have the option to to speed ramping. Usually it's done as a curve. Not from 100% to 400% in a jump.
