Do you think you could fit a smart car in the garage ? They are 61-61-106 I know if would be tight but I like this design better than a dedicated garage.
Hi, I was wondering if you could tell me how you mounted and what and where did you purchased the trailer hitch for the how to install a trailer hitch on a grand design momentum 376th. I own one, and I would like to put one on my trailer so I can tow my boat trailer with my Automated Safety Hitch. If you have a video of the install that would be great if not in good with that. Thank you
Putting a gooseneck adapter will void your warranty or damage the frame. What you can do is replace the pin box with a gooseneck pin box from Reese I love it.
One of the better Toy Hauler videos and I’ve been watching A LOT of them before we make our purchase. The #1 thing I like about this video (haven’t watched your others yet) vs other peoples is that this video seems very authentic, real, and descriptive. TONS of info without all the “sponsor us” junk these wannabe “youtubers” do. Most videos feel like I’m watching a commercial which I HATE. Make a video like you’re showing us around as a friend, not a customer. Hope that makes sense. Great job guys
@@FindingLifesAdventure yeah no a issue for you then. I bought mine new and asked both GD and lippert and they sent me in writing that any ball hitch on 5th wheel camper voids complete unit warranty. I'm looking at the gen y as well but 5th wheel one. Hard to get any answers out of them though
Nice to run into your channel here on UA-cam. Missy and I are full timers with our 3 fur babies. Looking forward to watching more of your videos. Missy and Stuart with 3 Dogs and an RV.
Appreciate y’all making this video. It’s nice to see not only the pros, but the cons to a rig as well. Dealer videos only show you the good stuff. Really nice space utilization you guys made with the storage. Also made me realize I’m definitely not going to be able to stuff four dirt bikes in the garage which is a bummer because I really liked this model. Happy camping! Y’all just gained a new subscriber!
This is great actually seeing some regular non-old people and how they got their trailer laid out and loaded up. Do you guys have a video yet about your truck & that crazy rack, and all your toys & accessories? I want to get an idea of how all that works too.
maybe you mention it in one of your other video's...but I was curious...since you are both "full timer RV'rs".....what kind of work do you do to support yourselves? Thanks and keep up the great videos!
We are a family of four about to start our adventures. My family's biggest fear of rving is the miserable characters associated with campgrounds. How do you manage to avoid campgrounds all together? We're within a few weeks of rv purchase and I keep hearing comments like the one you made about avoiding campgrounds. Is it the confrontational environment that makes you avoid them? I wonder if we're making a mistake.
We haven’t really found to many campgrounds that feel confrontational, so not really sure what you mean there. But we mainly avoid campgrounds just because of the cost and having someone else’s camper as a view instead of a mountain or desert hills etc. but mainly the cost associated with them.
Very nice, Do you have a lot of stuff in there that’s for sure, looks good though, you guys Boondock 98% of the time, you guys make all your power from solar, or do you have to run your generator
@@FindingLifesAdventure completely aware of your background and experience , mute point actually. My background and experience is exactly why my comments are justified.
We have the same RV! We love ours

thank you!
it appears the "new" model is Grand Design 336m.
Just be prepared to have no warranty if you go with gooseneck hitch
We bought it used, don’t have a warranty anyways. But yeah I’ve heard that’s a thing.

What year is the toy hauler
2018
So the bedroom is the garage? I think so. Great Vid
The bedroom is above the garage! Both are still there separate places
How long is the camper itself?
the camper is 42' ish feet
Awesome tour!! Can’t believe how big that is!! So damn cool
Thank you! Can't wait to see you guys again!
Awesome rig with a really thorough tour, thank you for sharing & I can't wait to watch your other videos.

Now I can hear this one! I see a lav now. lol. Nice tour and great looking rig. Keith & Indiana
Hahaha thanks again for watching!
Have you weighed the fully loaded weight and compared that to the gvw of the trailer?
we have indeed scaled it, and we are legal on all weight ratings including gross combined vehicle weight ratings
Love your editing set up... obviously you guys would be great to caravan with because you have every tool known to man.. bahahahaha... great stuff...
@@SwitchItUpLife yes indeed! It gets the job done, hopefully after the holidays we can work something out!

We rarely run our generator.
Is this a 4 season Rv? Looking for a good model to boondock in the winter..loved the layout of yours
It is! It has tank heaters and better insulation in the belly then our old jayco did
But there’s a lot of windows and you loose a lot of heat there, so use window plastic or make sure to find one with the double pane windows
@@FindingLifesAdventure thank you!
@@FindingLifesAdventure If you order one to be built you can upgrade to dual pane!
