I've had anxiety over a mistake made at work on Friday. It has been festering all weekend. I know I'll face consequences on Monday but your videos have helped me put things into perspective. I thank you.

This is a very good lecture which brings to the point. Anxiety arises from thinking too much and worrying about the future. But there’s nothing to worry about if you only live in the present and enjoy breathing, being alive and being loved.

This is sooo beautiful and helpful ❤️ I have suffered with anxiety and panic attacks - both explained and unexplained my entire life . There are soooo many things that can cause them, both emotionally and biologically. One thing that helps my heart not pound so hard for so long is NATURAL CALM magnesium ( no way I do not work for these people ) I take only 1 teaspoon in the morning and it has been a LIFESAVER . I used to have many unexplained middle of the night attacks and since starting that two years ago my unexplained attacks and heart palps are mostly all gone. I went from experiencing them every single day to one or twice a month ( usually hormones ). Another thing that helped me was to think when we our in our mothers wombs our little hearts are beating away at 185 constantly for months , slowly dropping as we grow , but take note, the human heart was designed to beat fast - so just let it . I soooo understand how debilitating anxiety is .... Sometimes bad energies trigger them ... There are sooo many things that can cause them , but you can help them ... I had them so bad at one point in my life I experienced agoraphobia for about a year - that's a tough hole to climb out of. You might be sensitive to TYRAMINES ( aged and fermented foods ) I discovered that was also a huge cause of sudden heart pounding. Tyramines are a naturally occurring amino acid that cause havoc for some people - and I just love aged cheeses and fermented foods 😭 So I watch tyramines consumption too . So for me anxiety is a melting pot of causes , but since discovering these few things I am soooo much better and highly functional . Many hugs and understanding to anyone experiencing anxiety - you are not alone 🌬️💙🌬️💙🌬️

thanks. this did help quite a bit. i have a lot of anxiety with my teeth. sounds silly, but i don't have the best teeth and a traumatic event has led me to take every twinge as imminent doom now. i clench my teeth in my sleep due to anxiety now, which just adds to the strange sensations and it's just a vicious cycle. nice to be able to do something to get out of the cycle and relax a bit. otherwise i'm at the dental clinic every other week, being told nothing is wrong.

I appreciate how personable your content is, as though you have set out a cushion across from you and invited us to sit in meditative practice with you.
I'm sure I've heard it before, to have a straight spine for breathing, but for the first time I really noticed the difference, how much better things felt to push forward my chest, straightening my back and feeling the air in my lungs.

Mindfulness training is very long and it takes a lot of practice I've been in it for about seven or eight years now and I'm learning how to mindfully deal with lots and lots of stuff or I would have already been crazy put away somewhere in other words but I'm good I'm one of the light workers who else is because if we come together collectively we will prevail

Breathing through the nose alone keeps you at a balance as breathing through your mouth creates an imbalance. Just my 2cents.

Sharmila. You will be unable to handle or serve anyone if you can not first serve yourself, alone time to resolve the stressful situation, mind a healthy diet, a magnesium supplement will help.

I have found that anxiety is mostly chemical. No. 1 key for living free of anxiety: give up ALL caffeine. One of the most dangerous drugs on earth but no one is going to tell you that because the whole society is built on it and it's a multi zillion dollar business and you know what the most important thing to humans is, money. Just like they taught how to smoke poison. Caffeine causes anxiety, depression and thought and sleep disorders. Live in peace, give up all caffeine. There's caffeine hidden in all sorts of things, you have to read the labels.
Also, really nasty chemicals are hidden in hand creams eg formaldehyde (using a light clean oil like rice bran is better than moisturiser for sensitives. Incense is also toxic. Look to rid yourself of all toxic chemicals.
Anxiety doesn't always come from thoughts. We live in a body made up of billions of little entities with their own intelligence and your body can be telling you that something is wrong.
Also, allowing yourself to suffer, rather than running from problems is often the key.
Anxiety can be the body telling you that you have neglected yourself in other ways eg emotionally and the need is to look after yourself, love yourself. Most people don't even know what that means.

When I'm having a panic or anxiety attack, I stand up, close my eyes and breath through it while doing stretching exercises until it subsides. This works well for me; I hope it will for you, too 🙂
