When you should write but are watching this instead.
Writer's block 😂
yep
Hey, inspiration :)
Lamo I'm write now in front of my computer and paper instead of writing watching this😂
HHHHHHH
You are going to heaven for this piece of editing.
The struggle is real.
Nothing like having writer's block, cutting to UA-cam, stumbling upon a video on writer's block right off the bat, and then being cured of it, at least for the moment... Well done Ivan.
That’s just brilliant editing.. really well thought out .. visual and audio stimulation was superbly blended! 👏 👏 👏.
Seven Psychopaths
The struggle is real and brutal but once its gone......sweet bliss
im going to watch this every time i get stuck haha
I had this two year dry spell before I actually picked up a pen again. I felt a lot like this video, the struggle and then the inspiration and the finish line.
holy shit this is so me right now i wanna cry
I can real close a couple times there. Especially when they started ripping out and throwing all those bad ideas around.
This is me honestly, I haven't written anything in the past three weeks :(
And where are you now
Past 2 years here
@@Jose-dh1xz still on chapter 11 😣
@@elle2498 still on chapter 11 like a year ago or is it a progress? what about now? what is the story of it?
@@elle2498 do u wanna be writer friends with me... im working on a project too but im super stuck and maybe we can help each other
This is both delightful AND so true. Thank you! Had not realised there were so many films with writers!!
Phenomenal editing.
Phew, the anxiety coming off the screen was palpable. I think I started to pause the video three or four times. Also wooooooow, the sheer number of films referenced.
As a writer in my spare time, I’m almost up to 160 pages written, it gets easier with a Great story. Believe in yourself and over power those days of laziness. What has worked for me is everyday, I write something down, every single day.
Incredible editing
I can see the struggle and dipression... But yeah.. Thats for real for a writers...
Coffee helped me think too.
This just pulled me out of one. Thank you very much.
This is amazing! The editing is brilliant!
This the real this everything I can feel it mind is blasting out frome ideas when we start writing we lost everything 😂
You forgot Doug Walker at his computer trying to figure out how to end Demo Reel
Terrific short! Writing is not easy and I'd rather watch this than write any day. :-) Great Job!
Oh yes, the frustration before the clarity. All of us ave experience it at least one thousand times.
This video right here is a masterpiece. I repeat this is is a masterpiece. Thank you.
That's me 😭"how to start"
I can relate! That's awful! But it's amazing when imagination strikes! Keep Writing! 😊
when you are watching this and know the struggle so well masochism seems the only logical conclusion as to why you keep trying to write.
every writer can understand this "hard patience"👍
Yup that brutality!
That damn, writer's block. Makes you doubt yourself if you want to write at all.
Editor is genius..
Loved this!
Can't thank you enough for this!
currently finishing a song called Writer's Block and found this. it rules. well done sir
Remarkable Supercut!
THIS IS EXCELLENT!!!
Funny, I actually wondered if you’d use this piece of music.
And I called it! Nice choice!
...mind...caved in.
It's really truly...
Author - you're greate 👌🏼👍🏼
As a writer i can i can understand it deeply ,wishes
Story of my life
I am going through the same fucking phase... Characters intercross each other, mediocre events, love lost, love found... Fucking difficult... Distractions.
So fucking cool. Inspirational.
As Philip Roth said, writing is struggling. It's a burden. There are days when you hate it and you want just to quit.
Experience pain. physically, mentally, and spiritually.
Love it! Nice work mate.
At least I'm not the only one.
Masters dissertation is killing me…
Loved it!!!
i love this video
great work!!!
Nice use of the Whiplash drumming at the end 👌🏼
very inspiring!
Great work 👏
Awesome video!
I can relate
Bim bim bim...
Very accurate lol😅
So fucking great and Whiplash 😍
The UA-cam algorithm is cruel today
Maybe I should send this to my editor
hmmmm iam not alone happyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy
Is there any data regarding how much paper is wasted by writers every year? The number will be shocking, and I am optimistic about my opinion.
Please tell me the names of the movies which you have used for this video. Please...please...
What movie is the one with the humid vs warm and wet? 😂
Throw momma from the train
Ohhh...
What was the movie at the beginning? I'm making a video essay and I want to use that scene, but I can't seem to figure out what it's from.
Adaptation
@@imagineer99
Oh, thanks. This scene will never not be funny.
They all need nzt-48
Was the music the final piece from _Whiplash_ ? Great video, by the way. 😁
It is. The title is "Caravan".
@@einsamervolf Thanks.
What was the movie with Michael Douglas?
Wonderboys
i seriously don’t get the point of this video how did it help you guys if anybody don’t mind explaining
Could've done without Woody but otherwise very cool.
Agreed. But most people really don't know, and most of those same people would be unwilling to go down that particular rabbit hole. I think I Marge Simpson groaned when I saw him.
Film at 1:43? Looks like Jack Nicholson but I’m not sure.
As Good As it Gets

From which movie
Is that Ray Bradbury at 0:46?
no, he is Woody Allen
이집 편집 잘하네 ㅋ
i wonder where did you find this music ?
What is the name of the movie at 0:52 ?
Swimming Pool
Dude, come on. You REALLY should be giving credit to the makers of "WRITING MOTIVATION: WHO WILL BE NEXT?"
Who knows that movie at 1:41 minutes please help me 🙏🏻for Jack Nicolson????
As Good as it Gets
@@imagineer99 really ?? 🤦🏻♂️ I watched it a long time ago 😂
😂😂
I need to know which movie is at minutes 2.51, can you help me please?
Stranger than Fiction
there's no such thing as writer's block. only flow. let me explain. when you try to sleep what happens is first you lay down and close your eyes, your body gets ready to go into REM sleep but you are awake at the moment and while your "awake" you start to think random thinks but not initially. Initially you think of stuff that was in your mind during the day but the more time passes the topic diverges into less related conversations and your imagination starts to ignite and before you know it your body is ready to go into REM and your imagination is already all over the place and then you sleep. You can use this analogy with your writing. There's a such thing called "flow state" where you are at the peak of your creativeness but inside a border. You can research on this.
There's also such a thing as clarity. You can and should research on this.
What is the film at 2:54 ??
Atonement
@@imagineer99 thanks 😄
man that's a really great video
