@1:20:40..... the data that they saw is that workplace retaliation have more to do with the employer’s managers not giving a rats ass about their employers liability for their wayward civil rights violations. When workers make workplace incident reports the managers castigate them instead of the wrongdoers.
I think the realistic answer is yes. As an at-will employee, if you are in an at-will state, you can be fired for anything and/or nothing. Unfortunately, the terminated party would then be solely responsible for proving a claim of discrimination against the employer and that is very expensive. This would in reality require finding an attorney that will take your case, preferably on a contingency basis of (ave) 35%. This is truly the most tedious part of any claim in my opinion. As finding an attorney that feels they can get a positive enough verdict, which would allow the attorney to recover their costs necessary to prove the case AND make some profit.
What about the Retaliated-Harassed and Persecution Abused from the Corporate Department, EEOC Investigator, Atty. Kelvin Little, PRL Greenburg Traurig and Judge Brill etc.
The San Bernardino county Sheriff department denied me my 911 call when I called and reported a kidnapping and battery at my home. The Sheriff department is covering up for their corruption.
Serenity, Mrs M Wright Escalated Preceptory Abused and Due Process me by the continued Retaliated-Harassed and flip the script to falsely accused me of Harassment, intimidated, threatened to sue etc.

Can you be fired from your job if you are on doctors care or doctor orders while on workers comp claim?
