As a person who has read just about every Greek myth, as well as every book in the Percy Jackson and Heroes of Olympus series, it kind of bothers me that people are ignorant, but at least they are trying to honor your rich past.

actually it's technically a chiton, which is what they wore back in ancient Greece. Togas is what the Romans wore. I can see how you thought that though
Athena is the goddess of wisdom, crafts, and war strategy. Her chosen animal is the owl. I suggest you incorporate those things into your outfit and not just go as a generic goddess.

Hey guys. If you want to do a specific Greek goddess, I suggest doing research on yours so you can include their symbols and animals in your costume. This costume is considerable not a Greek goddess costume but more like a Greek maid :)

Demeter is the goddess of agriculture and harvest. I'm pretty sure you're confusing her with Persephone, her daughter and the goddess of Spring.

Actually greeks wore togas too. and gold is usally egyptian but its also a way of showing wealth
