Ahaa love that, yeah definitely on 10-52's and have been for years on the Les Paul's, it's my strong fingers from all the years of that heavy Vibrato, love a good bend! 🎸🤘
Exactly. I used super slinky's for years but a guitar tech setup my LP with 10's and I haven't looked back. Especially on the Nighthawk. It has such a slim neck that the lighter strings bend too easily, so the slightly heavier gauge gives much better control.
@@melanie2663absolutely, I've always preferred a thicker gauge, guess it's down to that aggressive playing style I have, but yeah more control on 10's definitely! 🤘🎸
