Thank you for the video! I'm changing my brand to one that's easier to use than the one I have but the new brand doesn't have very many premixed glitter acrylics and the old one has over 400. I'm a sucker for glitter and I was so sad until I realised I can make my own with the same glitter!!!
I feel like alot of the glitters you can't see, glitter acrylics are art and every glitter should be seen with beauty lol

Yes. It is getting expensive but you have more choices and its cheaper than to buy pre-made colors

Put some type of pigment or powdered color to make the colors dark and I would like to have seen it mixed with mainly clear acrylic to really make the beautiful glitters stand out. In some mixes it was difficult to see the glitters against the dark base. But that is also just my amateur personal point of view and preference. They are all very beautiful none the less! 😍✨💅🏼

I use mia secret acrylic. So I used the powder from my big jar.
Mica powder I both from amazon. $26 for a set of 24 colors. Glitter. Hard to say as I have a huge collection. U can use any glitter you have.

There really isn't one. I mostly eye the amount to my liking. Add a bit at a time.

You don't. It will always get in there
Are you applying with monomer and finishing with clear gel topcoat? If yes - what monomer do you use that works with all the different products you put in?
Any monomer will do

So u don’t have to encapsulate this right? Just apply it like normal acrylic?
Yes but I do Encapsulate it as it has chunky glitter in it and can get damaged while filing.

@@anerisa1276 Encapsulate meaning just put a clear coat of acrylic on top.
I do a thin layer of glitter or color acrylic and than put a layer of clear acrylic. Very simple. Watch this video that i posted. You will see with the co lo or and the flowers.

Do you apply a clear layer of acrylic after you apply the glitter acrylic or do you just apply a gel top coat?
I always apply a coat of clear when I use glitter and or color acrylic

I feel adding the white acrylic powder has taken away some of the effect of the glitter. For me personally, I would have just gone with clear.
Should have put more clear because this way we can't see all the glitter :(
