Thank you for this great video. The other thing I do when I fuse vinyl is let it set to slightly cool before removing it from the press. It seems so help for the glue to cool slightly before moving the piece.
May I suggest that you use a resin sheet on top of your blue pad? Especially if you’re laying the adhesive facing down, it won’t get on the pad either, in case there’s shifting or any transfer from the fabric itself
Great Video - My problem is space - but it certainly would be great not to have your interfacing/stabilizer separate at the end of a project - great information to make a decision. :)
Hi Margaret, thank you for watching! I need to check with her to make sure it is okay first. I know that she does a lot of her own videos. If she allows it, I will certainly do one.
That is a great question. I have never tried it but I feel like you certainly can. I would put the rhinestones face down on the press so they are against the soft bottom instead of the hard metal top.
I have searched for a video like this all day! Thank you for making this and being so clear and to the point. It is a perfect video. ❤❤❤❤
Thank you so much for watching!
Thank You. Wish everyone the joy of a heat press.
I just got a heat press for Christmas and this video was very helpful!!! Thanks!!!
Congrats! Awesome gift! Thank you for watching.
Pressure is also important. Too much pressure causes indentions. I use a medium pressure when pressing wovens. I also use 285 F with vinyls
Thank you Lei! I appreciate you sharing your temp setting!

I agree Liz, that is great advice!
I've been wanting a heat press, but have been very apprehensive but your video definitely makes me want it now! Thank you ☺️
It is worth it if you can fit it in your space and budget!
@@simplyclassic do you recommend any in particular?
