It doesn’t make sense. There was absolutely NOTHING in that fight to suggest the outcome would have ever been any different at any time. Brook is simply the BETTER FIGHTER. He always was. He just lacked the star quality that Khan had and so Amir obviously was given better opportunities. Both are the same age. The same people who were saying pre fight that Brook was finished and Khan was gonna beat him up, are the same people now saying that Khan is the one who is shot and Brook somehow now has more in the tank. Doesn’t add up. Brook is just better. And he would have always beaten Khan at any point in their careers.
You can just tell Khan & Brook have mutual respect and can easily be good mates. They've had to keep this facade up for over a decade, deep down both guys are chill af and have 0 resentment.
