I think the cringiest part of it is that none of these “boxers” do it for the sport. They are only interested in making themselves look big and tough for the fans. It’s so cringe people think this is cool. Ali and the rest of the big names are looking down in shame.

The recent "KSI vs 2 opponents in one night" event, was pretty well produced, and for the most part, didn't have too much cringe. And then you have Jake Paul, who even though I can't stand him, is actually somewhat of a decent boxer, from what I have seen so far. He isn't on the same level as the top of boxing pros around his age, but right now I would say that he is better than KSI, who just managed to beat an amateur opponent and a journeyman boxer in the same night, and if you wanna go pro, you absolutely have to demolish a journeyman boxer, which he did. That was the first important step towards becoming a respected boxer. And like it or not, these youtubers are amassing a lot more ppv sales than 75% of professional boxing events for the past 5 years. It's not just the big ones like Jake Paul, KSI and Logan. You also have Austin McBroom, Aneson Gib, Idubbbz, Dr. Mike, Salt Papi, Faze Temper and Slim all drawing large ppv numbers. The boxing industry needs to accept this, and instead of completely alienating the entirety of YT boxing fans, like they have now, they should collaborate with these people, get pro boxers on the undercards for their events, promote them a bit, and work towards integrating these new fans into boxing culture. Right now traditional boxing has the potential to gain millions upon millions of brand new fans and millions of new ppv buyers. The traditional boxing scene is throwing all of this potential money and attention away, purely because they don't like the way these youtubers are doing their events, with the cringe press conferences and a lot of cringe promotions. But not all of it is cringe, and instead of making fun of it, they should learn what they can from it, when it comes to promotion, and then teach these youtubers how to host a great boxing event. KSI v Logan paul 2 sold >2.000.000 ppvs. Jake Paul and KSI are set to box in 2023, and it will without a doubt be the biggest event in youtube boxing history, possible being the 3rd most sold ppv event in the last 10 years, only falling behind Mayweather v McGregor and Mayweather v Manny.
